OME Electronics maintains a very high amount of inventory, both owned and entrusted to OME by its customers, by performing input quality control, with regular counts and at warehouse locations integrated into the MRP infrastructure. Sensitive components stored in the warehouse area where ESD precautions have been taken and in special moisture cabinets for moisture sensitive (MSL) components are followed according to the IPC J-STD-033 standard and processed according to the MSL (moisture sensitivity) level given by the manufacturer. Thus, we take precautions to protect our customers against moisture and ESD risks that are very difficult to solve and detect and often cause serious problems in the field. In addition to this, apart from our component warehouse, we carry all kinds of burden of our customers with our CKD-SKD warehouses that will keep all mechanical assembly, packaging and boxing materials of bulky products such as TV, Cash Register, etc.

For TH Component placement, different types of Radial / Axial and all kinds of TH Components are assembled in our 8 separate lines.

With our 3 different nitrogenous wave soldering machines of Suneast and IEMME in our THT Lines, we can uninterruptedly produce different types of products such as RoHS compliant and Leaded, nitrogenous and nitrogen-free, and at the same time, we can easily produce for different customers simultaneously. Thus, we offer our mass production capacity for all our customers in a flexible and fast production manner at the same time.

We have further increased our production capabilities with our Pillarhouse selective soldering machine, which ensures that critical THT components and soldering processes that require high precision in narrow spaces are performed at the highest standards.

With our Press - Fit machine having a pressure capacity of 15 tons and having precise printing speed and pressure settings, critical and extremely expensive connectors that are used in the defense and automotive industry are inserted with zero defect and waste rates, in accordance with mass production.

We can wash cards in accordance to the standards with our two PBT CompaClean washing machines which have high capacity, sensitive programming and fast usage.

With our sensitive and high capacity machine or with brush, spray and dipping methods, we can make protective (conformal) coating applications for cards that may be exposed to harsh working conditions such as humidity, dust, vibration in their working environments or for which privacy is required. After learning the structure of your card and the conditions of the working environment, we choose the most appropriate application method and suitable coating material for you. We wash all your cards before conformal coating and then cover them. Thus, we ensure that you obtain the maximum benefit from the coating of your card and its correct application.

In our mechanical assembly and boxing lines, all kinds of device and cabling assembly, boxing and packaging operations are performed. In our different assembly lines, boxing, cabling, TV Assembly, packaging, cosmetic packaging processes in low or high quantities can be done with great precision and speed, and they are made ready for shipment as desired by our customers.

In our test department, we can perform 100% product and function tests either with general test devices such as ICT and Flying Probe, as well as automatic or manual test stations that can be created specific to the product and with our low-cost test fixture designs. By combining software loading and testing processes for your processor boards in the same test fixtures, you can reduce test and software installation costs, increase test capacity and reduce the risks in your products to zero. The products are presented to our customers with detailed test reports and analysis. In addition, ATE supply and production can be made for defense industry needs, and all sectors are served with high speed and low-cost testing services.

With two Environmental Test (ESS) devices in our company, we provide environmental testing services to our customers from many sectors who are producing critical products. In our climatic environmental test services, you have the opportunity to evaluate High Temperature and Low Temperature conditions and, if desired, humidity conditions.

Purpose of these tests are:
» At what level and how long can the performance be maintained? In other words, what is the failure rate of the product?
» How does real environmental conditions cause a change on performance?
» What are the conditions the product can withstand without permanently deteriorating its performance?

The material damage caused by quality defects that occur after the products have been placed on the market is not only limited to the cost, it can also lead to compensation. The biggest loss occurs in the company's reputation. Therefore, environmental tests are an important factor determining the values of products in the field.

For this reason, for products that may be exposed to environmental conditions, especially in sectors producing critical products such as Defense Industry and Automotive, tests can be conducted with our high-volume test devices at -70 / + 180 ° C and 15 ° C / min. value range. Detailed reporting can be done with the data logger infrastructure, which enables programming according to the desired scenario and all records related to the test. All tests are carried out in accordance with Mil-STD and IEST standards.

In the area between Gebze and Çerkezköy, OME Elektronik is constantly on the move with 4 transport and one service vehicle to receive materials from and to deliver cards to all customers.
