Production Models Including Supply

Electronic production services, by definition, include all services to be provided to customers regarding electronic circuit and device production. As OME Electronik, we serve our customers from many different sectors, from Defense Industry to transportation, from communication to medical devices, from automotive to white goods. While all of their energies are devoted to basic activities such as R&D and Marketing in their respective sectors, they see OME as their own purchasing and production departments for production and supply services. Thus, they can both provide maximum flexibility and control, and keep their costs at the most appropriate levels.

While providing Supply and Production Services, we can work in different sub-models according to the needs of our customers;

Component and PCB Supply + Production Service:
In this model, the components in your list that you have communicated to us are supplied in the fastest and most cost-effective manner to meet all the specified conditions (brand, model, tolerance, extension, etc.), while PCB with the desired properties is also produced. After all these materials and PCB's are in the OME warehouse, your cards are produced and delivered to you in accordance with the previously specified and approved plan. Throughout the whole process, your components and PCBs will be supplied under the guarantee of OME Elektronik and produced with the same guarantee.

If you wish, you can directly supply the items that you see critical in your component list or the project record has been entered in your name, and you can direct us the items on the list, that you do not want to buy and follow up. Since the process is completely under your control, you will feel comfortable with this model as if you are managing your own purchasing, warehouse and production units.

PCB Supply + Manufacturing Service:
In this model, we supply and manufacture your PCBs. You send your components to us. In Istanbul, our vehicles go to you or your suppliers and receive your components, all your components in the OME Raw Material warehouse are taken to input quality control according to the specified criteria and the production plan is shared with you by reporting. After mutual confirmation, we deliver your productions at the promised time.
